Gear Mackenzie
is a specialist Building Surveying consultancy established in May 2012, by Andy
Gear and Kenny Mackenzie. Both are former senior Directors of a national
practice.
The objective of the business is to provide commercially focused advice to property owners, investors, occupiers and operators within the UK marketplace. We aim to offer bespoke tailored services to those operating within all segments of the property cycle from acquisition, through management to disposal.
We maintain a client base that can be serviced to an excellent standard by Kenny and Andy directly. We believe that sustainable success will be based on our direct involvement in all client instructions, informed by our experience in the UK commercial property market over the last 25 years.
Andy and Kenny have strong backgrounds in pre-acquisition due diligence advice, dilapidations, project management, contract administration and development monitoring services, acting for a wide variety of recognised organisations within the UK property market.
